Fresh graduate hiring opportunities, plus mid-level and senior access through our alumni network.
A premier 9-month training initiative held annually, with around 1,500 top candidates selected from over 27K applicants. Graduates are ready for employment by June each year and are introduced to the market via our Annual Talent Summit.

- Receive curated CVs from ITI
- Shortlist candidates using ITI's template (no direct contact with candidates)
- ITI coordinates interview scheduling
- Complete all interviews within the scheduled time at ITI Smart Village
- Benefit from logistical and branding support on-site

Interview execution guidelines
To ensure a smooth and efficient interview process, please follow the guidelines below.
Interviews begin on 28 July at ITI's Smart Village premises and run through 13 August across all tracks.
Submit your interview type(s) — Technical, HR, or Panel — and candidate shortlists by 23 July to facilitate logistical arrangements.
Interviews start at 9:00 AM and should last 15–20 minutes each. The final slot ends at 6:30 PM — we recommend assigning multiple interviewers to ensure efficiency.
If applicable, written assessments must be completed prior to interview day.
Please do not ask candidates about expected salaries — they are not aware of salary benchmarks. For guidance, contact the Business Development Unit.
Send selected candidates' names and tracks to ITI before initiating any direct communication with them.
CVs will be shared exclusively by ITI's Business Development Unit — no resumes will be collected from Technical teams. No interviews or screening will take place during the opening days.
Offers & participation guidelines
To ensure fairness and promote a positive environment for young talent, please follow the guidelines below.
- Payment must be completed before CVs are shared.
- Participation package fulfillment deadline: 19 July.
- CVs of selected tracks are released on 20 July after payment confirmation.
- Attend the online meetup on 16 July at 12:00 PM for an event overview and Q&A.
- Address any last-minute requests or new job opportunities prior to the event to avoid delays.
- ITI will handle all communication with students, ensuring consistency and clarity throughout the process.
- ITI will also coordinate student outreach for interviews.
- Interview booking is based on your participation package.
- Slots operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Offers can be communicated to Talents during interviews or via phone on 13 August.
- Formal offers should be sent shortly after, with talents required to reply by 16 August.
- Equal opportunities are maintained for all participating companies.
